Exterior
- Mow, edge, and clear the lawn of toys, hoses, and equipment
- Move vehicles out of the driveway and off the street in front of the home
- Turn on exterior lights for twilight shoots
Interior
- Clear kitchen counters and put away personal items
- Make all beds and straighten bedrooms
- Clean bathrooms and remove personal toiletries
- Open blinds and curtains for natural light
- Turn on all lights, including lamps
Pets & Personal Items
- Remove pets and pet items from view where possible
- Put away family photos and personal documents if the listing will be widely shared
Agent Preparation
- Confirm access and any gate/lockbox codes ahead of the shoot
